This policy explains what information the Readback app (the “App”) handles. The short version: we don’t collect any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The clearances you capture stay on your device.
Who we are
The App is developed and published by Santiago Borja López, trading as Cuesoft (“Cuesoft”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@cuesoft.org.
Information stored on your device
The clearances, ATIS notes, flight numbers and settings you enter are saved in the App’s private storage on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and we have no way to see them. You can delete them from within the App or by uninstalling it. Because this data only exists on your device, we cannot recover it for you.
In-app purchases
Additional keypads are sold as one-time in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed entirely by Apple under its own privacy policy. We never receive your name, card number, billing address or Apple ID. Apple only tells the App which keypads you have bought so it can unlock them, and you can restore them on another device signed in with the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases.
What we don’t collect
The App does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers, usage data or crash reports, and does not include any advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share any data, because we don’t have any.
When you contact us
If you email support@cuesoft.org, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you and delete it once your request is resolved.
Children
The App is designed for pilots and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
