Faithful to the printed guide. The official guides have typos, letters printed as “?” instead of accents and options out of order. We copy them exactly and keep them on purpose, so what you study is word for word what you will read in the exam. The correct answer is always the one marked in the guide. Questions are in Spanish, as in the exam; the app itself is in Spanish or English.

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open the app, go to Settings > My subscription and tap Restore purchases. Study progress is stored only on the old device and does not move with it.
On iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds follow their policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
Write to us. If it is a transcription mistake on our side we fix it in the next update. If the guide itself marks a debatable answer we keep it, because that is the answer the exam expects.

Fiel a la guía impresa. Las guías oficiales tienen errores tipográficos, letras impresas como “?” en lugar de tildes y opciones en desorden. Los copiamos exactamente y los mantenemos a propósito, para que estudies palabra por palabra lo que leerás en el examen. La respuesta correcta es siempre la marcada en la guía.

No. Pilot Question Bank Ecuador es una app de estudio independiente. No es una app oficial y no está afiliada, avalada ni patrocinada por la Dirección General de Aviación Civil (DGAC) del Ecuador. Consulta siempre el material y la normativa oficial vigente.
Porque están en la guía impresa. Mantenemos cada error, cada “?” y cada opción rara exactamente como fue impresa, para que estudies el mismo texto que verás en el examen.

Solo para suscribirte o restaurar una compra. Para estudiar funciona completamente sin conexión.
Inicia sesión con el mismo Apple ID o cuenta de Google, abre la app, ve a Ajustes > Mi suscripción y toca Restaurar compras. El progreso de estudio se guarda solo en el dispositivo anterior y no se transfiere.
En iPhone o iPad: Ajustes > tu nombre > Suscripciones. En Android: Google Play > Perfil > Pagos y suscripciones > Suscripciones. Cancela al menos 24 horas antes del final del período para evitar el siguiente cobro. Desinstalar la app no cancela la suscripción.
Los pagos los gestionan Apple y Google, así que los reembolsos siguen sus políticas. Solicítalo en reportaproblem.apple.com o desde tu historial de pedidos de Google Play.
